Website and service providers
Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores form records and uploaded documents, and Resend delivers transactional notifications. Authorized team members can review submissions. Google reCAPTCHA processes browser and device signals to help detect abuse. Network providers may process technical request information to operate and secure their services.
When enabled, Google Analytics measures website visits. This website does not load Analytics when your browser sends a supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Essential security checks still operate.
Documents and recordkeeping
Application documents and property brochures are stored privately. Authorized downloads use expiring links. Form records remain available for follow-up and recordkeeping; please contact us with questions about a record or its retention.
