About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead high-conviction development projects from inception through completion. You will be at the forefront of NCD’s vertically integrated development arm, managing complex ground-up developments and value-add redevelopments. This role requires a principal-level mindset, overseeing entitlements, design coordination, and construction management while maintaining strict adherence to budget and timelines.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Southern California real estate development.\n- Deep expertise in California entitlements and CEQA processes.\n- Strong background in construction management and design coordination.\n- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and external consultants.\n- BS/MS in Real Estate Development, Architecture, or Civil Engineering preferred.
