New Century Development is seeking a strategic Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of institutional-grade real estate assets across Southern California. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance, financial health, and long-term value creation of our properties. You will work closely with property management and acquisitions teams to execute asset-level strategies, manage capital improvement projects, and deliver rigorous reporting to institutional partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management.\n- Proven track record with multifamily or mixed-use assets.\n- Sophisticated financial modeling and analytical skills (Argus, Excel).\n- Deep understanding of Southern California real estate market dynamics.\n- Exceptional communication and reporting abilities.
